WE SUPPORT OURVETERANS & COPSThe Tracker-XXL is the big brother of the Tracker-X3 and carries the largest blade Off-Grid Knives has ever produced: a full 7.5 inches of cryo-treated D2. It is built for heavy chopping, brush clearing, batoning, and firewood processing, inspired by the chopping power of an Indonesian-style Golok but in a size you can actually pack and carry. It bridges the gap between a bushcraft knife and a full-size survival tool, for anyone who demands strength, reliability, and efficiency in the wild.
Coyote: Graywash blade with coyote tan G10, one of our signature Off-Grid combos.

The 7.5-inch blade is full-tang, cryo-treated D2 running 5 mm thick: real chopping mass with the edge retention and corrosion resistance to shrug off rain, snow, and heat. The high flat grind keeps it cutting efficiently through wood instead of wedging, and aggressive spine jimping gives your thumb traction for controlled work. The graywash finish hides the scratches that a working blade is going to earn.
The coyote tan G10 scales carry a hexagonal honeycomb texture that locks into your hand even when things get wet, muddy, or sweaty. We 3D-printed and tested multiple handle designs before landing on this one: a contoured, palm-filling shape with rounded edges that cuts hand fatigue during long chopping sessions. At 5.75 inches, there is room for a full grip with gloves on, and a lanyard opening gives you carry and retention options.
From clearing trails to splitting firewood to breaking down kindling, the Tracker-XXL handles the jobs that are too big for a bushcraft knife. Whether you are a camper, survivalist, hunter, or just the one who gets handed the hard work, this blade is built to perform in any rugged environment.
The Tracker-XXL ships with a custom-molded Kydex sheath that snaps the blade in with snug, secure retention. The OG Lo-Pro belt attachment comes already installed on the sheath, so it is ready to wear out of the box. It rides the knife low on your hip for comfortable carry and quick access, and the integrated thumb ramp lets you deploy it one-handed. Hiking, working, or setting up camp, the knife stays locked in place until you need it.
Every Off-Grid knife is backed by our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee and old-school customer service from real people. Buy with confidence and make the Tracker-XXL the powerhouse of your fixed blade collection.
RUGGED DESIGN. RAZOR PERFORMANCE.
