The Grizzly is Off-Grid’s first chef knife design, it was such a smash hit, we took customer feedback and made some upgrades and design enhancements with the new V2 version. First off, this ain’t your typical chef knife…staying with the signature Off-Grid overbuilt concept, the goal was to create a chef knife that feels like a hefty fixed blade, but with a slicey outdoor vibe.
