By popular demand, here is the same XL build with a drop point blade and a full flat grind. You still get Crucible 154CM steel at 61 HRC, a 5.25-inch G10 handle sized for big and gloved hands, ceramic bearings with drop-shut action, and a deep carry clip with left or right carry. The flat grind makes this the slicer of the Stinger family: a thin, razor-sharp edge that cuts with almost no resistance, with a strong centered tip for piercing work.

The blade is 154CM from Crucible Industries: a high-carbon, high-molybdenum stainless steel with a proven balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, and easy sharpening. We run it at 61 HRC on 4 mm stock with a tumbled graywash finish that hides carry wear.
The full flat grind is what sets this Stinger apart. The blade tapers in one clean line from spine to edge, so it slices smooth, tracks straight through cuts, and stays easy to maintain. The drop point puts a strong, centered tip on the end for piercing work without giving up slicing performance. Thin where it cuts, thick where it counts.
At 5.25 inches, the coyote tan G10 handle is sized for big hands and gloves, with room for a full, comfortable grip. G10 is light, tough, and slip resistant, so the knife stays planted in wet conditions and high-stress moments alike.
Ceramic ball bearings give the Stinger XL fast, one-handed deployment with a smooth, satisfying snap, and the blade drops shut with almost no resistance when you close it. The pivot stays effortless flip after flip, so it is as fun to fidget with as it is dependable to work with.
The deep carry clip keeps the Stinger XL below the pocket line for discreet carry, secured with three countersunk Torx screws for a flush, snag-free draw. The clip switches sides for left-hand carry, and a flush filler tab keeps the off side clean and seamless. A spare clip and hardware come in the box.
