When we set out to create the Polaris XL, we did not aim small. Named after the North Star, a supergiant star roughly 50 times larger than our sun and one of the most dominant fixtures in the sky, the Polaris XL was built to sit at the very top of the Off-Grid lineup. More refined than anything we have ever made before and constructed with only the best materials, it represents the pinnacle of what we can produce in our Elite Series. This is Off-Grid’s most ambitious folding knife to date and quite literally the largest Vanax folding knife currently on the market, and it’s not even close. With a massive 4.25-inch blade and an overall length of 9.5 inches, the Polaris XL delivers fixed-blade cutting authority in a precision-built folding knife. We did not hold back on materials. The Polaris XL is built around ultra-premium Vanax SuperClean steel, paired with a full DLC-coated blade and titanium hardware and carbon fiber inlays. Every component is premium. Every detail is intentional. Every surface is engineered for strength, performance, and long-term durability. With its XL proportions, the Polaris XL lives up to its name. This is not a small knife.
