How Our 2-Day/3-Day Free Shipping Works...

Off-Grid Knives® has partnered with multiple fulfillment centers across the country in order to ship our products to you as quickly as possible. Starting 6/1/22, we are offering free Two Business day shipping on all orders over $99. All orders under $99 will have free 3-Day shipping (PO Boxes default to Standard Shipping). This is worth the extra expense on our end to keep you as a life long Off-Grid customer.

Please note, about 25% of our products we ship from our warehouse in Southern California, and we fulfill with our own small team. These products will ship out the same day as ordered on business days/business hours, we use Priority USPS, and all non-knife products will be USPS First Class. Depending on your shipping address and location, Priority shipping speed is 1-day, 2-day and a small percentage defaults to 3-day.

Non-knife products ordered without a knife included in the order default to First Class shipping with tracking.

Flash Sales and Warehouse Deals default to First Class shipping.

We have multiple warehouses so your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment.

Overnight Shipping is available at checkout at the buyers expense.

All PO Box addresses default to Standard shipping *if the product is shipped from our partner warehouses.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

CANADIANS: Off-Grid has PAUSED shipping to Canada due to multiple confiscations at Canadian Customs. We hope to offer shipping again soon. *If you are willing to accept the risk and agree to our conditions, we will ship to you.

AUSTRALIANS: Due to a recent change, USPS is not shipping to Australia, therefore we are not shipping to Australia at this time (5/24/22). "Australia has blocked First Class Package International and Priority Mail International shipments from entering the country."

Customers wishing to purchase from us must agree to certain conditions. If you do not agree to the following conditions, we will be unable to ship to you.

International Customer Conditions:

Minimum Order Not Including Shipping: $150 (No minimum for Canada shipping)
Pay all shipping fees
Pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.
Pay via PayPal
If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund.
Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits where applicable
Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work

Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this as Off-Grid Knives is not responsible for customs issues.

Off-Grid Fulfillment Centers Shipping Information...

*IMPORTANT: We pay for 2-day shipping through our warehouses, our warehouses are "mom and pop" fulfillment centers who do their best to pack and ship our products according to our 2-day cost. Some products are fulfilled in-house by our small staff and may take longer depending on our order sizes. We are a small famliy business and do our best to get your knife out the door asap at no cost to you. Off-Grid does not require a minimum order for free shipping which is unheard-of in the industry.

We are not Amazon Prime.

The warehouses choose the shipping carrier, Off-Grid Knives does not. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, ONTRAC, LASERSHIP, sometimes have transit delays, or lost and stolen packages, this is out of our control.

Our 2-Day shipping speed is based on BUSINESS DAYS and does not include holidays and weekends, 2PM Eastern is our cutoff time for fulfilling and shipping out the same day:

Orders placed BEFORE 2pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, the order will ship out the same day and deliver in 2 days *unless there's a transit delay. (*2pm EST orders on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.)

Orders placed AFTER 2pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, the order will ship out the next day.

Orders placed AFTER 2pm EST on FRIDAY, the order will ship out the following Monday and delivered on Wednesday *unless there's a transit delay.

Orders placed on SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, the order will ship out the following Monday, and be delivered on Wednesday *unless there's a transit delay.

*CANCELLATIONS*

There is a ONE HOUR WINDOW to cancel or switch products due to our fully automated system, should you need a change, email us within 1 hour of your order, otherwise it will be processed and unable to be cancelled.
